Because we believe in you and want to make your experience as hassle free as possible without delaying your time, our experience staff may be gathering supplies ahead of your arrival and for that reason, you can cancel your order up to twenty four(24) hours prior to your arrival with a forty (40%) inconvenience fee applied during refund. No refund is issued when your appointment is twenty four (24) hours or less. No exception. 

Please note the following carefully prior to cancelling and asking for refund. We are not able to offer you a refund under the following conditions:

1. When your appointment is less than twenty-four(24) hours.

2. When you do not show up to your appointment, or not available when our staff arrive.

Please understand that we cannot make exception to the above stated conditions.
